As much as we love to communicate with you, most of the time your question can be answered using our FAQ. Please take a look at our FAQ before sending us a message, and reach out to us if you still have a question. or if you’d like to say hi.
Shipping rates at The Stuff and Things Company are based on the price of the product(s) ordered and your shipping destination, final shipping rates and will be reflected at the checkout.

Most orders take 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to print, pack, and ship.
Orders immediately flow to the warehouse so we are unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
We do not accept multiple credit cards or gift cards outside from the Stuff and Things Company.
Our prices are in US Dollars.
We use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.
We send your selected design out for print on the material associated, and once complete, the order if packed, fulfilled and shipped directly from our printers.
You will receive an invoice to the email that was included during the checkout process.
We hope our products make you happy. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days.
Please send all returns in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached). We ask that when you first try on our tees, you don’t wear any cologne/perfume/deodorant that may cause a scent or mark on the item (or we might not be able to accept the return).
Please kindly note that all shipping costs to send exchanges and returns to us are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must provide us with a tracking number for items sent to us for refunds or exchanges.
Additionally, all returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is to address the issues from those who would would try to abuse our return policy. We are a small business, and abuse of our return policy take a heavy impact on us.
We will either exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice or, if preferred, refund the purchase price minus the stocking fee upon receipt. We will refund delivery charges if you originally received a faulty product or if we shipped you the wrong item. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via standard shipping.
**If your order included a promotion, the return may bring you under the promotional threshold and the amount of the refund will be reduced by the retail value of the free item.**
